Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your Kingdom come, your will be done.

Give me this day what I need to do what I can. Help me to do the practicalities that need to be done cheerfully. Help me to spot the important things and not neglect them.

Forgive me my sins as I forgive those who have sinned against me, lead me not into temptation, but deliver me from evil, for yours is the kingdom, power and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen.
